Rajgira kheer

Rajgira kheer- This is available in puff form and also in flour form. Bedekar food provides the flour. If you get the puffs roast for few minutes and then grind them in the grinder. One can start this at the age of 6 months.

Ingrediants-

1/2 cup boiled and warmed milk

Rajgira flour- 2 -3 teaspoon

Jaggery- add as per taste

Recipe- First add little milk to the flour . Remove all lumps .then mix all the above ingredients to form the paste

Tip- It’s a very instant recipe. Also very nutritious, tasty. A very handy recipe when we go for outings. You can store the flour for 4-5 months and then use as required.
